We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Strategy & Operations professional to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in scaling our operations and enhancing our service offerings.
• • In this critical role, you will be instrumental in delivering best-in-class demand letters, a cornerstone of our service that captures the full value of a client's case and sets the stage for successful resolution. Your responsibilities will encompass blending operational excellence with product thinking to design and implement systems that ensure every demand letter is comprehensive, accurate, personalized, and delivered with exceptional speed. You will collaborate closely with our Legal Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to automate repetitive tasks while upholding the highest standards of quality and trust that legal professionals expect.
• • A significant aspect of this role involves contributing to the development and refinement of our new, beta-stage litigation preparation tooling. This initiative aims to equip attorneys with robust tools to ensure they are well-prepared when a case progresses to litigation, further solidifying Finch's position as a comprehensive legal solutions provider.
• • Key responsibilities will include:
• • Building and continuously refining operational playbooks to ensure that demand letters meticulously capture all relevant treatments, diagnoses, and factual evidence that strengthen a client's case.
• • Designing and implementing robust safeguards and review processes to maintain a zero-hallucination rate, ensuring the absolute trustworthiness of AI-generated outputs.
• • Ensuring that demand letters are highly personalized to each law firm's specific strategy, accurately reflecting their unique approach to presenting the case for settlement or litigation.
• • Identifying and championing opportunities for automation within the demand creation process to significantly increase speed and efficiency without compromising on quality.
• • Partnering closely with the Product team to provide crucial operational insights and influence the roadmap for demand generation tools and workflows.
• • Establishing, tracking, and continuously improving key performance metrics related to throughput and quality to drive significant scaling of demand generation capabilities over the next 12 months.
• • Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams including Operations, Design, and Engineering to foster rapid iteration and solve high-leverage problems.
• • Pioneering new approaches in litigation preparation, managing the beta program, and overseeing the production release of this innovative new product.
• • You will be joining the Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, which acts as the "tip of the spear" at Finch. This team is responsible for identifying the most critical problems and growth opportunities and addressing them with speed and precision. The S&O team owns the playbooks, workflows, and experiments that drive the business forward. You will work collaboratively across Legal Ops, Product & Engineering, and Growth teams to deliver transformative improvements for our attorney partners, their clients, and our internal teams.
