📋 Description

• The Strategy & Operations Manager at Yuno Technologies Inc. serves as a critical connector between strategy, product, and execution, translating high-level plans into operational reality across global markets.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives from scoping to delivery, designing scalable operational workflows, diagnosing inefficiencies, building data-driven dashboards, coordinating product launches with Engineering and Product teams, and driving market entry readiness through regulatory and partner assessments.
• The role operates within a fast-moving, technology-driven environment at Yuno, a company building payment infrastructure that enables global commerce for brands like InDrive, McDonald’s, Rappi, and Viva Aerobus through a single API integrating over 1,000 payment methods across 80+ countries.
• The individual will develop strategic thinking, end-to-end ownership of complex projects, advanced data analysis skills, and expertise in scaling operations in high-growth tech environments, positioning them for leadership in product, operations, or general management.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills for global and executive audiences
• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, or high-growth startup environments
• Proficient in data tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python with ability to translate analysis into business decisions
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream projects and maintain senior stakeholder alignment under pressure
• Strong structured thinking skills to break down ambiguous problems into clear, actionable frameworks
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you create structure rather than wait for it
