• • About the Role:
• • We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile Strategy & Operations Generalist to play a pivotal role in accelerating our operational scaling. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate directly with our founders, engineering, research, and business teams, driving critical, high-priority projects across the entire organization. Your responsibilities will span a broad spectrum, including shaping Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, implementing data and automation solutions, forging strategic partnerships, optimizing internal operations, and contributing to organizational scaling. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual who possesses both strategic foresight and a strong execution-oriented mindset. You should be adept at thinking through complex, big-picture challenges while also being a hands-on builder, eager to roll up your sleeves and make things happen.
• • What You'll Do:
• • Drive and execute complex, cross-functional initiatives that bridge product development, cutting-edge research, and essential business operations. You will be instrumental in translating strategic goals into actionable plans and ensuring their successful implementation.
• • Build and refine scalable processes and systems designed to enhance organizational efficiency and accelerate our pace of growth. As the company expands, your contributions will be crucial in maintaining agility and effectiveness.
• • Partner closely with the leadership team on critical aspects of strategic planning, including prioritization frameworks, resource allocation, and the meticulous execution of key initiatives. Your insights will directly influence the company's direction.
• • Own and manage a portfolio of special, high-impact projects. These could range from in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to developing and implementing automation solutions, establishing new partnerships, streamlining operational workflows, and supporting financial planning and analysis.
• • Develop and present insightful data-driven frameworks, analyses, and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making across all departments. You will be a key source of clarity and direction for the leadership team.
• • Act as a force multiplier for the executive team by proactively identifying operational bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities for growth. Your role will be to unblock challenges and unlock new avenues for expansion.
• • Contribute to the development of our internal knowledge management systems, ensuring that best practices and critical information are captured and disseminated effectively.
• • Support the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members, helping to maintain our high talent bar and foster a strong company culture.
• • Assist in the development and management of key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress against strategic objectives and identify areas for improvement.
• • Engage with external stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and advisors, to represent ReflectionAI and advance our strategic goals.
• • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment between research breakthroughs and market needs.
• • Help define and implement policies and procedures that support a high-performing, compliant, and ethical organization.
