📋 Description

• As a Subject Matter Expert – Government (English/Arabic – GCC) – Remote, you will play a critical role in shaping AI systems that understand and respond accurately within GCC government environments by creating and reviewing realistic, high-quality scenarios grounded in public sector operations.
• Day to day, you will design government scenarios in Arabic or English reflecting administrative operations, social services, compliance, public safety, and community engagement; adapt evaluation rubrics for policy interpretation and decision-making tasks; review AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, procedural compliance, cultural appropriateness, and operational realism; and contribute to gold-standard solutions aligned with government best practices.
• You will join Lilt Production, a global leader in AI-powered language technology, supporting a cutting-edge AI benchmarking project focused on Modern Standard Arabic for GCC public sector environments, where your expertise ensures AI systems are trained on authentic, contextually relevant government workflows.
• In this role, you will deepen your impact as a government professional by applying your expertise to advance AI language capabilities, expand your portfolio across innovative domains, and contribute to projects that improve how machines understand and serve citizen-focused, regulated environments.

🎯 Requirements

• Native Arabic (MSA) with strong professional English proficiency
• 5+ years of professional experience in government, public administration, social services, public safety, compliance, or community programs
• Background in one or more relevant roles: Administrative Services Management, Child/Family/School Social Work, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs, Police or Public Safety Supervision, Recreation & Community Services, or related government functions
• Strong understanding of public sector workflows, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and GCC government environments
