- • As a Success Engagement Manager for SmartMDU at Calix, you will drive growth and adoption of the SmartMDU solution within the multi-dwelling unit (MDU) market by partnering directly with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and Communication Service Providers (CSPs). Your work will directly impact customer success, market expansion, and the delivery of differentiated digital experiences in underserved communities.
- • Day to day, you will project manage the end-to-end SmartMDU product launch process for customers—from point of sale through onboarding, launch, and adoption—while developing enablement content such as success roadmaps, training materials, and knowledge articles. You will also collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Services teams to create go-to-market plans, gather customer feedback for product improvement, and support the Calix Community through best practices and case studies.
