📋 Description

• • The Summer Intern, Business Operations role supports the Outlet Center’s ecommerce business growth strategy and contributes to key initiatives within Project Outlet, offering hands-on experience in business process improvements, cross-functional projects, and operational strategy.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to map operational workflows, identify process gaps, and draft improvements; supporting Project Outlet workstreams by developing documentation and operational guides; analyzing existing processes to provide feedback and recommendations for improved productivity; coordinating efforts with leadership to resolve issues; acting as a liaison between departments; prioritizing work assignments; and participating in special projects as needed.
• • The intern will work with teams across inventory, IT, marketing, and operations, gaining exposure to cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic business environment at Henry Schein, Inc., a healthcare solutions provider committed to equal opportunity employment.
