- • As the Superintendent Pharmacist at Hims & Hers Health, Inc., you will serve as the Responsible Pharmacist, ensuring the safe, legal, and effective provision of pharmacy services in full compliance with UK legislation and GPhC standards, directly impacting patient safety and product quality.
- • You will establish and maintain control over pharmacy operations, oversee dispensing and compounding activities, ensure SOPs are current and followed, manage inspection readiness, supervise staff, address deviations or errors, and lead communication with leadership, quality, clinical, legal, and regulatory teams.
- • You will join a mission-driven, public company (NYSE: HIMS) dedicated to redefining healthcare through accessible, personalized, and affordable wellness solutions, operating from a London-based office with a talent-first, flexible work culture.
- • In this role, you will deepen your expertise in regulated pharmacy practice, lead quality and safety initiatives, gain experience in scaling digital health pharmacy operations, and contribute to continuous improvement through CAPAs, audits, and quality reviews while upholding the highest standards of patient care.
🎯 Requirements
- • Pharmacist registered and in good standing with the GPhC
- • 8+ years experience as a pharmacist, with 5 or more years as a Superintendent Pharmacist or Pharmacy Manager
- • Eligible and willing to act as Responsible Pharmacist under UK legislation
- • Demonstrated understanding of RP accountability and decision-making authority
- • Confident operating in SOP-driven, regulated environments
- • Calm, decisive, and safety-focused
