📋 Description
- • Supervisor – Client Expense & Optional Service Processing at Cigna Healthcare (Remote): Lead a skilled operations team to ensure accurate, timely processing of client expense and optional service requests, directly impacting client trust and operational excellence in a fast-moving healthcare environment.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include driving reliable execution via Wrike, managing intake and workflow prioritization, aligning staffing with demand, coaching team members, monitoring accuracy and productivity, leading process improvements, partnering across teams for load balancing, using data to anticipate needs, serving as an escalation point for complex issues, and contributing to workforce planning insights.
- • The team operates within Cigna Healthcare’s Support Resolution Center, part of The Cigna Group, a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving health outcomes by guiding customers through the healthcare system with clarity and support.
- • In this role, you will develop leadership and operational expertise, gain experience in workflow optimization and data-driven decision-making, strengthen cross-functional collaboration skills, and grow your ability to build high-performing teams while contributing to scalable, sustainable operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of experience in client expense, sales administration, or related operational processing roles.
- • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory, team lead, or peer-lead role supporting day-to-day execution and team performance.
- • Proven experience working in a high-volume, queue-based environment with shifting priorities.
- • Strong working knowledge of workflow management tools such as Wrike, including intake, tracking, and prioritization.
- • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams to drive operational consistency and process improvement.
- • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field (preferred).
- • Experience updating standard operating procedures or supporting process documentation (preferred).
- • Comfort using data and metrics to guide decisions and communicate recommendations (preferred).
