- • As a Supervisor, Customer Success Platform and AI at Solventum, you will own the strategy, reliability, performance, security, and availability of the Customer Success OS platform, ensuring it supports customer retention, adoption, and growth through continuous improvement and innovation.
- • You will lead the platform roadmap, drive operational excellence via proactive monitoring and incident management, and partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations, Analytics, and Commercial Excellence teams to align technology with business goals.
- • Solventum is a new healthcare company with a legacy of innovation, dedicated to improving lives through breakthrough solutions at the intersection of health, material, and data science, guided by empathy and clinical intelligence.
- • In this role, you will enable scalable global platform capabilities through automation, integrations, and AI-driven insights, while developing leadership expertise in enterprise-scale systems and contributing to meaningful healthcare outcomes.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND eight (8) years of progressive IT or enterprise application experience OR High School Diploma/GED and twelve (12) years of progressive IT or enterprise application experience
- • Three (3) years of experience in a people leadership role or platform leadership role
- • Experience managing CRM and/or Customer Success platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Totango, HubSpot, or similar ecosystems
