📋 Description

• • This Supervisor role supports the US Inside Sales team by overseeing Documentation Coordinators who manage customer documentation for Direct to Consumer and Retail Pharmacy channels, ensuring timely and accurate processing in Salesforce and maintaining high standards in volume and quality.
• • Day to day, the Supervisor monitors workloads, reallocates tasks, provides monthly coaching sessions, assists during staffing shortages, onboards new hires, represents the team in cross-functional projects, identifies process improvements, prepares performance reports, collaborates with the Inside Sales Quality Team on monthly meetings, and ensures quality, accuracy, and productivity metrics are maintained at 95% or above.
