Our AI-powered super app provides a seamless, personalized experience for over 5 million customers, covering everything from insurance and financing to maintenance and safety. As a Supervisor, Insurance Sales, you will be instrumental in driving the success of our Insurance Sales Agents, acting as a vital link between front-line execution and strategic operations. You will report directly to the Director, Contact Center Operations, and will be empowered to coach, mentor, and lead your team to achieve ambitious targets, while also collaborating with our Product and Engineering teams to shape the future of the Jerry app.
• • Your role as a player-coach will be multifaceted, demanding both strategic oversight and hands-on engagement. You will be responsible for cultivating a culture of excellence within your team, focusing on continuous improvement and exceptional customer service. This involves rigorous performance coaching, including regular call audits, in-depth metric analysis, and personalized monthly coaching sessions designed for talent development and career acceleration. You will manage the day-to-day operations of your squad, ensuring smooth workflow, effective scheduling, and conducting performance reviews that foster growth and accountability. Furthermore, you will play a crucial role in onboarding new, high-caliber talent, ensuring they are equipped to succeed in Jerry's unique environment.
• • Beyond team management, you will be a key contributor to our operational excellence initiatives. By providing direct, actionable feedback to our Product Managers and Engineering teams, you will help enhance our internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), refine our GenAI tools, and improve the overall Jerry app experience for both customers and agents. To stay sharp and maintain a deep understanding of the customer journey, you will also engage in direct customer interactions. This means occasionally hopping on the front lines to simplify complex insurance jargon, prepare accurate quotes, and bind policies, leading by example and ensuring every customer interaction is a positive and trust-building experience.

You will collaborate closely with colleagues across insurance operations to identify coverage gaps, uncover opportunities to increase new business policy sales, and implement strategies to enhance customer retention.
