• • The Supervisor Scheduling/Telecommunications (Remote) role at Washington University in St. Louis is responsible for maintaining the Master Schedules in the IDX System and serving as the department liaison for after-hours advisory services, ensuring seamless coordination of patient appointments and clinical operations.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include handling incoming calls to centralized appointment scheduling lines, communicating physician schedule changes to the Surgery department, updating scheduling protocols and manuals, monitoring ACD reports daily, managing staffing and personnel issues, and assisting with front desk duties in clinical practice as needed.
