- • As a Supply Chain Coordinator at Pair Eyewear, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of products from suppliers to customers, directly supporting the company’s ability to deliver on time and maintain high service levels during peak periods and product launches.
- • You will manage inbound and outbound logistics operations, including purchase order coordination, freight execution, 3PL management, SKU setup in NetSuite, and issue resolution, while maintaining accurate reporting and cross-functional alignment.
- • You will join a dynamic, people-first team at Pair Eyewear, a rapidly scaling company dedicated to fostering a joyful and inclusive workplace where employees are empowered to make meaningful impact.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in end-to-end supply chain processes, gain advanced proficiency in NetSuite and Excel-driven analytics, and build cross-functional collaboration skills that position you for growth into senior logistics or operations roles.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
- • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, sourcing, production, or operations
- • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, data analysis)
- • Hands-on NetSuite experience (required), including SKU/item management and supply chain–related workflows
- • Experience working with freight forwarders, carriers, and distribution centers or 3PLs
- • Comfortable working with large data sets and maintaining accuracy across detailed trackers and reports
