📋 Description

• Govern global supply chain flows for the entire Viatris product portfolio, covering end-to-end flow from Key Starting Material (KSM) supply to Finished Product delivery to Customer.
• Document and maintain Standard Supply Chain Flows using a standardized template that includes both physical and financial flow information.
• Manage the Central Repository of Supply Chain Flows to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of product flow data across all global locations.
• Provide detailed product-level flow mapping in the global system for all Viatris products.
• Act as process gatekeeper for Supply Chain Flow Management, collaborating with Global Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams worldwide.
• Manage and coordinate product flow requests by engaging with cross-functional stakeholders including Trade & Customs, VAT, Quality, Logistics, Finance, Systems, and Supply Chain process experts.
• Lead formal reviews of Supply Chain Flows with business stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Ensure all product flow requests are completed within agreed timelines and according to established business processes.
• Provide Trade Flow information to the Finance team to support financial reporting and compliance.
• Deliver AS-IS and TO-BE product flow mappings during IT integration projects involving SAP ERP and RapidResponse Advanced Planning System.
• Coordinate the documentation, evaluation, and approval of new Supply Chain Flows in accordance with standard business workflows.
• Work with the IT team to implement new Supply Chain Flows based on defined business requirements.
• Document recommendations for Supply Chain network optimization initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce complexity.
• Participate in global projects aimed at simplifying and standardizing product flow across the supply chain network.
• Develop and refine end-user training materials and deliver training sessions to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption across teams.

• Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain
• Proven relevant experience in Supply Chain Network Design & Optimization
• Strong Supply Chain and Supply Chain Network experience essential
• Experience working cross-functionally
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical and detailed-oriented
