  • • The Supply Chain Performance Engineer supports supplier quality performance by reviewing, validating, and managing PPAP submissions to ensure compliance with design, regulatory, and customer requirements, playing a critical role in maintaining product quality and supply chain reliability for JLG, an Oshkosh company.
  • • Day to day, the role involves reviewing PPAP submissions for completeness and compliance with AIAG and customer requirements, validating dimensional data, control plans, FMEAs, material certifications, testing, and MSA results, coordinating with suppliers to resolve documentation gaps, tracking PPAP status, preparing Part Submission Warrants, maintaining records, supporting audits and launch readiness, reviewing capability studies and Gage R&R, managing interim approvals and resubmissions, initiating supplier corrective actions (SCARs), and providing in-plant supplier quality support as needed.
  • • JLG, founded in 1969 by John L.
