- • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of supply chain, procurement, operations, and finance business processes across Lambda Inc.
- • Evaluate current-state workflows to identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational efficiency in supply chain and asset management functions.
- • Design and implement scalable, standardized workflows across NetSuite, Coupa, PLM, and Asset Management systems to support global operations.
- • Develop comprehensive business requirements, process maps, SOPs, and governance frameworks to ensure compliance and operational consistency.
- • Partner with Business Systems, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to drive end-to-end implementation of ERP and procurement platforms.
- • Lead process design and system configuration efforts for NetSuite and Coupa, including procurement workflows, approval structures, and spend reporting capabilities.
- • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to enhance spend visibility, cost tracking, invoice processing, and general ledger alignment.
- • Support Item Master, Bill of Materials (BOM), and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) initiatives to improve data integrity and product governance.
- • Establish and enforce master data governance policies for approvals, change management, and operational controls across supply chain systems.
- • Facilitate cross-functional workshops with Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, Operations, PMO, and Data Center Infrastructure Engineering (DCIE) teams to drive alignment and execution.
- • Identify process gaps, risks, and dependencies, and develop practical, scalable solutions to improve organizational efficiency.
- • Develop and track key performance metrics to measure process effectiveness, identify bottlenecks, and prioritize continuous improvement initiatives.
- • Analyze operational data to uncover trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation across procurement, inventory, and asset management.
- • Lead user acceptance testing, deployment, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
- • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate operational needs into system requirements.
- • Drive adoption of standardized processes and tools across global teams to ensure scalability as Lambda expands its AI infrastructure operations.
🎯 Requirements
- • 7+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business Systems, Operations Excellence, or Process Transformation
- • Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Procurement, Inventory, Asset Management, or Financial Operations processes
- • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms
- • Experience leading business process improvement and system implementation initiatives
- • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
- • Ability to operate independently and drive projects from concept through execution
