- • As a Supply Growth Manager - Japan (f/m/d) at adjoe, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s publisher network in the Japanese market, directly contributing to the growth of adjoe’s rewarded advertising ecosystem by onboarding and scaling high-potential app publishers.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and acquiring new app publishers in Japan, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners, analyzing market trends and publisher performance data to optimize growth strategies, collaborating with internal teams (Product, Engineering, and Sales) to tailor solutions for local market needs, and reporting on key metrics such as publisher acquisition, activation, and revenue contribution.
- • You will be part of the Publisher Solutions team, a global, cross-functional group dedicated to turning app publishers’ potential into proven revenue by combining adjoe’s technical expertise with strategic account management to deliver measurable improvements in monetization, user engagement, and retention.
- • In this role, you will develop deep expertise in mobile advertising, publisher growth strategies, and the Japanese mobile app ecosystem, while gaining hands-on experience with data-driven decision-making, cross-cultural stakeholder management, and scaling growth initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment backed by Bertelsmann’s $100M investment.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience in business development, partner management, or growth roles within the mobile app, advertising, or tech industry
- • Fluency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken, with strong communication and negotiation skills
- • Demonstrated ability to identify, acquire, and grow strategic partnerships with app publishers or digital content providers
- • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform growth strategies and measure performance
- • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international team environment
- • Based in Tokyo or willing to relocate to Tokyo
