- • As a Support Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer service operations, acting as a crucial link between Wolt, our valued customers, our dedicated courier partners, and our essential venue partners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support across different countries, utilizing live chat and phone channels to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience for all stakeholders. This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining the high standards that Wolt is known for.
- • You will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our delivery operations. This involves monitoring key aspects of the service, identifying potential disruptions, and implementing timely solutions to minimize impact.
