- • Support Engineer (afternoon/night shifts) at Apify Technologies s.r.o. – a web scraping and browser automation platform helping developers extract data and automate tasks from billions of web pages monthly.
- • Handle customer inquiries via chat and email from 5 PM to 2 AM CET, resolving both business and technical issues while mastering the Apify platform.
- • Join a multicultural, Czech-based support team in Prague, Brno, or fully remote, contributing to customer satisfaction, process automation, AI in support, and knowledge base expansion.
- • Develop expertise in Apify’s ecosystem, including Actors, API/SDK, and Console, while building communication, technical, and problem-solving skills in a high-impact, growth-oriented environment.
