📋 Description

• • Support Engineer (day shifts) at Apify Technologies s.r.o. – handle customer inquiries via chat and email during 8 AM to 5 PM CET, solving business and technical issues while mastering the web scraping and browser automation platform.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include processing customer questions through Intercom and Slack, addressing subscription plans, invoices, billing, feature explanations, user compensation, integrations, coding help with Apify API/SDK, and support for Apify-maintained Actors, while adhering to priority-based SLAs focused on customer satisfaction and response timeliness.
• • Apify is a web scraping and browser automation platform used by developers, solopreneurs, startups, and Fortune 500 companies to extract data from billions of web pages and automate manual tasks; the Support team plays a critical role in ensuring customer success and platform reliability.
• • In this role, you will onboard into the Apify platform, learn about Actors and customer use cases, master Support processes and tools (Apify Console, Intercom, Slack), progress from 50 conversations in the first month to full capacity, maintain high customer satisfaction, participate in team duties, stay updated on new features, master educational materials, collaborate on work distribution, and contribute to the Help Center and internal knowledge base.
