  • • You will serve as a trusted technical partner on-site, bridging engineering expertise with customer-facing support to maintain treatment program integrity, drive safety improvements, and sustain long-term business relationships that underpin Solenis’s reputation as a global leader in specialty chemicals.
  • • Day to day, you will review treatment programs and processes across territory accounts through routine testing and monitoring to verify effective chemical application, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure consistent customer satisfaction and retention.

  • • You will continuously review territory applications and safety procedures to identify hazards, recommend improvements, and support incident prevention initiatives aligned with Solenis’s zero-harm safety culture.
  • • You will assist the Site Manager with product inventory control, ordering logistics, and equipment upkeep to ensure uninterrupted service delivery and minimize downtime at customer facilities.

  • • The company is committed to sustainability, safety, and innovation, offering a purpose-driven environment where your technical contributions directly support cleaner, safer, and more efficient industrial operations worldwide.
  • • What you can learn or achieve in this role: You will deepen your expertise in industrial water treatment chemistry, mechanical and electrical systems, and regulatory compliance while gaining hands-on experience in technical sales, account management, and safety program implementation within the refining and specialty chemical sectors.
  • • You will develop advanced skills in data-driven decision-making using SFDC, technical documentation, and performance analytics, positioning yourself for growth into senior technical, sales, or leadership roles within Solenis’s global operations or engineering divisions.
