• • Support Engineer, SAP ABAP/BTP – Provide exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications as part of a global customer support team, ensuring business continuity and optimal performance for enterprise clients.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include troubleshooting SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD), developing and testing ABAP code, designing and operating services on SAP BTP (Cloud Foundry/Kyma), implementing APIs and event-driven integrations, optimizing performance, ensuring security compliance, supporting Brazil localization (NFe, tax exits), owning incident response under SLA, and driving knowledge transfer through documentation and training.
