- • The Support Engineer, SAP FI/CO role provides exceptional remote-based support for mission-critical SAP applications, focusing on Finance and Controlling (FICO), Treasury and Risk Management (TRM), and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules for global clients.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include solving complex customer issues through methodical troubleshooting, providing functional support and training, developing application break fixes, creating scripts to correct data issues, managing key accounts as a technical/functional advisor, and collaborating in a 24x7x365 support environment requiring flexible hours.
