- • As a Support Manager - Americas at Ashby Inc., you will lead and grow a team of Technical Support Specialists, shaping how support operations scale across the region while championing both customer and employee experience.
- • Day to day, you will partner with Support leaders, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to develop support strategies, monitor KPIs, resolve escalated customer issues, maintain support documentation, and drive process improvements based on industry trends and data.
- • Ashby is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company that values principled thinking, ownership, and small high-performing teams, operating with a customer-obsessed culture and a focus on delivering best-in-class products and expertise.
- • In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and shape support operations from the ground up in the Americas, develop leadership and strategic skills, deepen your technical and product expertise, and grow a high-performing team while advocating for the voice of the customer.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven track record of leading and growing high-performing, highly technical B2B SaaS Support organizations while driving a culture of excellence and empathy.
- • Strong technical background with experience working with complex B2B software products, including comfort discussing APIs, integrations, and system workflows with technical teams.
- • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making, improve team performance, and enhance customer experience.
- • Demonstrated ability to proactively address thematic customer issues and improve support processes using support technologies and innovative workflows.
- • Passion for coaching, enabling team growth, and representing the voice of the customer while advocating for efficient support processes.
