• • Support Operations Analyst role focused on owning the architecture and intelligence layer of the Intercom environment to translate support strategy into platform functionality and actionable business intelligence.
• • Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Intercom systems, building reporting infrastructure, ensuring data integrity, and enabling functional leaders with visibility and tools to achieve operational KPIs.
