- • As a Support Representative, Tier 1 at Hudl, you will serve as the first point of contact for users, providing essential support via phone, email, and online chat to help coaches, athletes, analysts, and fans get the most out of Hudl’s products. This role is critical to ensuring users can effectively capture video, analyze data, share highlights, and improve their performance—directly contributing to the team behind the team that empowers sports success worldwide.
- • Day to day, you will thrive on the front lines by answering a wide range of inquiries—from basic how-to questions to technical troubleshooting—while demonstrating empathy, clear communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment. You will listen actively to user needs, relay solutions with a human touch, and collaborate with teammates to resolve or escalate issues as needed, all while helping teams and athletes win through better product understanding and usage.
