- • Support Services Associate (Contractor) role at Amplify Education, Inc., serving as the first point of contact for K–12 educators reporting issues and inquiries across Amplify’s educational products and systems.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include providing professional support via phone, chat, and email; diagnosing issues using analytical thinking; managing high-volume cases while maintaining quality and response time standards; creating accurate case records in Salesforce; and collaborating with teammates and cross-functional departments to resolve or escalate complex issues.
- • Amplify is a pioneer in K–12 education since 2000, serving over 15 million students across all 50 states with next-generation curriculum and assessment tools in ELA, math, and science; the Customer Support team plays a critical role in ensuring educators receive timely, empathetic, and effective assistance.
- • This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on student learning, develop technical expertise in educational platforms and CRM tools, participate in interactive onboarding with mentorship, and build professional relationships within a mission-driven team focused on empowering educators.
🎯 Requirements
- • High school diploma or equivalent
- • 1+ years of experience using Google Suite products
- • 1+ years of experience working in Customer Service
