- • Support Specialist 1 at Modernizing Medicine, Inc. is a hybrid role based in Boca Raton, FL, focused on delivering best-in-class software support to EMR users within the Client Services team.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include delivering exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs, answering inquiries, applying problem-solving techniques, educating clients, and resolving issues through to completion.
- • The role involves placement on either the Clinical or Practice Management Support team after comprehensive training, with duties including consistent professional support, establishing service procedures, cross-team collaboration, and replicating/documenting issues for escalation.
- • The position offers the opportunity to grow within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company recognized for innovation and employee satisfaction, contributing to ModMed’s mission of modernizing medicine through its doctor-built, AI-enabled specialty platform.
🎯 Requirements
- • Bachelor Degree, preferred
- • 1-2 years of related experience
- • Ability to manage/field 25+ inbound calls per day
- • Demonstrated expertise in evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer software application issues
- • Experience within a medical practice and/or EMR experience is preferred
- • Basic knowledge of Apple platforms: Mac, iPad, iPhone/iPad iOS
- • Knowledge of bug tracking software such as Zen and Jira
- • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
- • If local, ability to work onsite at Boca Raton HQ Office 3 days a week
