  • • Support Specialist II at Moego Inc. is a fully independent role within the Customer Support team, responsible for owning complex customer issues end-to-end and driving improvements in support processes and team performance.
  • • Day-to-day responsibilities include independently managing customer support requests across ticketing, chat, and phone; troubleshooting and resolving moderately complex to complex product issues without supervision; maintaining high-volume queues with speed, accuracy, and quality; delivering empathetic and clear communication tailored to customer needs; and proactively following up to ensure complete resolution.
  • • The role involves contributing to process improvement by identifying recurring issues, creating and refining knowledge base articles, building macros and workflows, and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams to surface product improvement opportunities.
  • • The incumbent will act as a go-to resource and informal mentor for Support Specialist I teammates, share best practices, and help foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking.
  • • This role is ideal for someone with strong SaaS support fundamentals seeking greater autonomy, impact, and leadership within a mission-driven company focused on empowering pet care entrepreneurs.

🎯 Requirements

  • • 2–4+ years of experience in a customer support role, ideally in SaaS or technology
  • • Proven ability to independently resolve moderately complex customer issues
  • • Experience managing high-volume support queues across multiple channels (ticketing, chat, phone)
  • • Strong troubleshooting skills, including the ability to diagnose and resolve non-routine issues
  • • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong customer empathy
  • • Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users
