- • The Support Specialist role at Fabric Health is vital to delivering seamless virtual healthcare experiences by providing administrative and technical support to patients, providers, and pharmacies using telehealth services. This role ensures every virtual visit is outstanding by resolving issues, managing patient accounts, and maintaining HIPAA-compliant, compassionate service.
- • Day to day, the Support Specialist will provide Tier 1 technical support via email, chat, and phone; facilitate patient onboarding; troubleshoot technical problems; perform point-of-service activities like visit preparation, payment collection, and prescription handling; triage and resolve patient issues; maintain confidential patient information in Zendesk; collaborate with clinical and Tier 2 support teams; contribute to documentation and FAQs; and uphold exceptional customer service and telephone etiquette.
