📋 Description

• The Support Specialist will be responsible for training customers on Topcon hardware, software, and workflows in the field and in classroom settings.
• This role will involve demonstrating and training customers on Topcon products, developing training materials, and providing phone support and troubleshooting issues for customers.
• The Support Specialist will also be responsible for training other employees on Topcon hardware, software, and workflows, and working closely with the Sales team to present customers with the best product solutions for their jobs and workflows.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a professional image.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products is required, and experience with Topcon or competitor's hardware, software, and workflows is beneficial.
• Land Surveying, construction layout, or construction technology-related experience is preferred.
