- • Lead Fidelity Philanthropic Services’ strategic engagement with ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) donors and financial advisors, including those in the Perspectives segment ($100M+) and Private Donor Group ($5M+), focusing on grantmaking and complex philanthropic strategies.
- • Oversee four key teams: Private Donor Group, Regional Vice Presidents (PI), Charitable Planning Consultants (FI), and the Advisor Acquisition inside sales desk (PI & FI), ensuring alignment across retail and institutional channels.
- • Design and execute personalized, holistic donor experiences integrating investment strategy, philanthropic education, and family office dynamics to deepen donor loyalty and impact.
- • Serve as a public-facing thought leader and spokesperson for Fidelity Philanthropic Services, representing the organization at national and global philanthropic forums and industry events.
- • Champion innovation in philanthropy by advancing initiatives in cryptocurrency giving, alternative asset contributions, international granting, and impact investing.
- • Build and strengthen strategic alliances with nonprofit organizations, philanthropic networks, family office advisors, and internal Fidelity teams including fundraising, charitable planning, and Private Wealth.
- • Act as a senior relationship lead for a select portfolio of strategic donor families and institutions, providing high-touch, customized advisory services.
- • Implement and refine a new relationship management framework for key Private Donor Group and Perspectives donors to enhance engagement and retention.
- • Drive the growth and operational excellence of Fidelity’s institutional Donor Advised Fund business line through cross-functional collaboration and strategic planning.
- • Promote Fidelity Philanthropic Services’ brand as a leader in the philanthropic sector by fostering a culture of excellence, partnership, and continuous learning across the Client Engagement Group.
- • Utilize data analytics and transparent metrics to inform strategic decisions, measure donor engagement outcomes, and optimize team performance.
- • Travel at least 50% of the time to conduct in-person meetings with Private Donor Group donors, field advisors, and key stakeholders across the U.S.
- • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and cultivate new UHNW donor opportunities and integrate philanthropic strategy into broader donor acquisition and retention pipelines.
- • Advise senior leadership on competitive shifts in the philanthropy sector and recommend responsive strategies to maintain Fidelity’s market leadership.
- • Ensure compliance with IRS regulations for 501(c)(3) public charities, Donor Advised Funds, exempt organization laws, and tax-deductible charitable giving rules.
- • Demonstrate high-energy leadership to rally cross-functional teams, build trust, and drive top-tier performance across multiple geographies and business units.
