📋 Description

• • The SVP of Financial Products is a senior product leader responsible for shaping and driving the commercial strategy and product roadmap for Zilch’s core financial products, reporting to the Chief Product Officer and owning portfolio-level P&L outcomes to ensure sustainable growth, strong unit economics, and excellent customer outcomes within a regulated environment.
• • Day to day responsibilities include owning and driving the strategic direction for Zilch’s financial product portfolio, shaping a multi-year roadmap aligned to company objectives, customer needs, and regulatory requirements; holding accountability for P&L performance, unit economics, and portfolio profitability; partnering with Product, Engineering, Risk, Finance, and Commercial leaders to prioritise initiatives and balance growth, risk, and returns; overseeing portfolio performance through clear KPIs using data and insight to inform trade-offs and optimise product economics; acting as a senior leader within the product organisation to ensure alignment, pace, and accountability across teams; and representing financial product strategy at executive level, contributing to broader company planning, investment discussions, and external stakeholder conversations.
