📋 Description

• • As SVP Operations at Second Nature Health Inc., you will lead the transformation of the company’s operational infrastructure to support hyper-growth without proportional increases in cost or complexity, reporting directly to the President and serving on the executive leadership team.
• • You will partner with leadership to translate strategy into execution, design scalable systems, implement AI and automation across the customer lifecycle, optimize unit economics, and overhaul customer operations to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
• • You will join a mission-driven, remote-first company of 425+ employees dedicated to revolutionizing the resident experience through its Resident Experience Platform, making onboarding, services, and ancillary revenue effortless for property managers while creating triple wins for residents, property managers, and investors.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in scaling tech-enabled services, applying AI pragmatically to drive real business outcomes, mastering unit economics and capacity modeling, and leading cross-functional initiatives that bridge operations with product and engineering to build self-service capabilities and internal tools that unlock scale.
