This pivotal role is responsible for shaping and executing the strategic direction of RCM operations, ensuring operational excellence, and driving financial performance across our diverse client base, which predominantly consists of hospital systems (99%). As an executive leader, you will be instrumental in guiding large-scale, multi-country teams through the entire reimbursement cycle, encompassing Patient Access, Health Information Management (HIM), Coding, Billing, Accounts Receivable (A/R), Denials Management, Cash Applications, and Reporting.
  • • Your primary objective will be to foster operational excellence, consistently achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial targets, and strategically manage headcount and workforce optimization across our onshore and offshore teams. This role demands a proactive approach to identifying and implementing process improvements, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, and ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations.
  • • A critical aspect of this position involves close collaboration with our Product and Engineering departments. You will serve as a key executive sponsor, providing strategic input to guide the development, enhancement, and optimization of our proprietary RCM technology platform. Your insights will be crucial in ensuring the platform not only meets our internal performance needs but also exceeds client expectations and adapts to the evolving healthcare landscape.
  • • Strategically, you will develop and implement a comprehensive global RCM strategy that is tightly aligned with CorroHealth's corporate objectives, ambitious growth plans, and the evolving needs of our clients. This includes leading long-range planning initiatives for operational expansion, seamless technology integration, and transformative delivery models across the U.S., India, and other emerging markets. You will be the executive thought leader driving innovation, automation, and continuous process optimization within the RCM domain.
  • • Operationally, you will maintain oversight of end-to-end RCM operations for hospital system clients, guaranteeing the highest standards of service excellence, unwavering compliance, and predictable, high-quality performance. You will be accountable for critical operational KPIs such as cash acceleration, Days in Net Patient Accounts Receivable (DNFB), AR days, denial rates, clean claim rates, productivity benchmarks, and client-specific Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Managing a substantial global workforce of thousands, you will lead headcount planning, define organizational structures, conduct workforce forecasting, develop recruitment strategies, and implement robust succession planning.
  • • You will champion continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting efficiency, reducing the cost-to-collect, and elevating overall quality. Furthermore, you will actively monitor and manage the operational Profit and Loss (P&L), oversee budgeting processes, and ensure strong financial performance across all RCM functions.
  • • In your partnership with Technology and Product teams, you will act as the executive sponsor for our RCM technology strategy. This involves ensuring our in-house proprietary software platform evolves in lockstep with operational demands and client requirements. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data/Analytics teams to prioritize feature development, enhance workflows, implement automation and AI/ML capabilities, refine reporting tools, and ensure system stability and scalability.
  • • Your role will extend to client and stakeholder management, where you will serve as a senior executive point of escalation for our largest and most strategic hospital system clients. Building and nurturing executive-level relationships with client CFOs, revenue cycle leaders, and operational leadership teams will be paramount. You will be responsible for presenting performance reviews, sharing operational insights, conducting financial impact analyses, and recommending RCM strategies to client leadership. Close collaboration with Sales and Account Management teams will be essential for supporting renewals, identifying expansion opportunities, contributing to solutions design, and refining pricing strategies.
  • • Ensuring compliance, quality, and risk management is a core tenet of this role. You will guarantee that all RCM operations adhere strictly to federal, state, and international regulations, including HIPAA, CMS guidelines, payer policies, and data security requirements. You will oversee quality assurance programs, audit initiatives, and the development of standardized policies, procedures, and internal controls. Proactively mitigating operational risks, strengthening internal controls, and fostering a culture of accountability and integrity will be key.
  • • Finally, as a people leader, you will inspire and mentor a diverse global leadership team, cultivating a high-performance culture centered on operational excellence, innovation, and unwavering customer satisfaction. You will champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), drive employee engagement, and foster leadership development across the organization. Promoting transparent communication and seamless collaboration across all operational, technical, and cross-functional teams will be fundamental to your success.
