  • • As the SVP of Supply at Screenverse Media LLC, you will lead the strategic vision and execution for scaling the company’s supply-side operations in the rapidly growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) advertising marketplace, directly impacting partner acquisition, revenue expansion, and long-term marketplace success by building a high-performance organization that turns signed partners into sustainable revenue engines.
  • • You will own the end-to-end partner lifecycle—from initial acquisition and contract signing through onboarding, optimization, and growth—ensuring seamless handoffs between sales, operations, product, engineering, and demand teams while establishing scalable systems, clear accountability, and data-driven performance tracking to improve speed to first revenue and partner retention.
  • • You will build and lead a unified Supply organization spanning Sales and Operations, defining team structure, hiring and developing top talent, establishing performance expectations, and fostering a player-coach leadership culture that balances strategic vision with tactical execution to drive pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and operational excellence.
  • • You will shape commercial strategy for major supply partnerships, including deal structure and long-term value creation, by collaborating with Demand and Programmatic teams to maximize partner yield, unlock high-value upsell and optimization opportunities, and ensure alignment across verticals, geographies, and network types.
  • • You will implement operational rigor through standardized workflows, SLAs, CRM and reporting tools, and KPIs that reduce manual friction, improve visibility into pipeline and partner performance, and enable forecasting precision—turning supply chain complexity into a competitive advantage in one of the nation’s largest DOOH networks.
  • • You will drive partner expansion strategies post-signing, focusing on revenue growth through network optimization, performance improvements, and expansion initiatives, while ensuring newly signed partners are set up for long-term success through structured onboarding, clear SLAs, and cross-functional collaboration that enhances partner experience and lifetime value.
  • • You will operate at the intersection of adtech innovation and physical-world impact, leveraging deep programmatic expertise in SSPs, DSPs, and marketplace dynamics to position Screenverse as the connective layer between digital advertising and physical screens—delivering scalable, high-impact campaigns for buyers while maximizing revenue for over 130,000 digital screens across 30+ venue types nationwide.

🎯 Requirements

  • • Proven leadership experience with 10+ years in adtech, DOOH, CTV, or programmatic ecosystems, including a track record of scaling supply-side, partnerships, or marketplace organizations.
  • • Demonstrated success building and leading high-performing sales or partnerships teams, with ownership of pipeline, forecasting, commercial strategy, and revenue growth.
  • • Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystems (SSPs, DSPs, marketplace dynamics) and experience with DOOH or non-click attribution channels as a strong plus.
  • • Experience building scalable processes, workflows, and operating systems, including command of CRM and reporting tools to drive operational rigor and visibility.
  • • Player-coach mindset with proven ability to hire, develop, and retain high-performing teams across Sales and Operations, balancing strategic leadership with hands-on execution.
  • • Background working with media owners, networks, or supply-side platforms, and experience scaling organizations through high-growth phases (preferred).
