📋 Description

• We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator with specialized expertise in the OutSystems low-code platform to join our dynamic IT team at WOONGJIN, INC. This pivotal role is responsible for the comprehensive administration, support, and optimization of our OutSystems environment, ensuring its stability, performance, and security. As a System Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing the entire lifecycle of OutSystems applications, from deployment and configuration to ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting. Your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and reliability of our business-critical applications built on the OutSystems platform.
• Your primary focus will be on the day-to-day administration of the OutSystems platform. This includes meticulously managing deployments, ensuring smooth and successful releases of new applications and updates. You will be responsible for performance tuning, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks to guarantee optimal application responsiveness and user experience. Continuous monitoring of the platform's health and performance will be a key responsibility, utilizing various tools to detect and address any potential issues before they impact operations. Troubleshooting complex problems within the OutSystems environment will require a deep understanding of its architecture and dependencies.
• Beyond the OutSystems platform, you will also manage and support our Windows Server environments. This encompasses a broad range of responsibilities, including the administration of Active Directory for user and group management, DNS for name resolution, DHCP for IP address allocation, and file systems for efficient data storage and access. Maintaining the integrity and security of these core Windows services is paramount to our IT infrastructure.
• A critical aspect of this role involves rigorous patch management and system updates. You will be responsible for planning, testing, and deploying patches and updates to both the OutSystems platform and the underlying Windows Server infrastructure. This proactive approach to maintenance is essential for mitigating security vulnerabilities and ensuring compliance with industry best practices. Vulnerability remediation will be a continuous effort, requiring you to stay abreast of emerging threats and implement necessary security measures.
• Monitoring system and application health is a non-negotiable responsibility. You will establish and maintain robust monitoring solutions to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure that our systems consistently meet or exceed defined uptime Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This proactive monitoring will enable us to maintain high availability and minimize any potential disruptions to our business operations.
• Maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date system documentation is crucial for knowledge transfer and operational efficiency. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining detailed documentation for the OutSystems platform and Windows environments, including configuration details, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides. This documentation will serve as a valuable resource for the IT team and support staff.
• Collaboration is key to success in this role. You will work closely with our DevOps and infrastructure teams to support platform upgrades, configuration changes, and the implementation of new technologies. This collaborative approach ensures seamless integration and efficient management of our IT ecosystem.
• To enhance operational efficiency, you will be expected to automate repetitive and time-consuming operational tasks. Leveraging your scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell or other relevant tools, you will develop and implement automation solutions for tasks such as user provisioning, system checks, and deployment processes.
• As part of our commitment to maintaining 24/7 system availability, you will participate in an on-call support rotation. This ensures that critical issues are addressed promptly, even outside of standard business hours, maintaining the continuity of our business operations.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience administering and supporting the OutSystems platform.
• Strong, proven knowledge and practical experience in Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
• Demonstrated experience with system patching, event log analysis, and comprehensive system health monitoring tools and techniques.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their application to low-code development platforms like OutSystems.
• Basic understanding and experience with cloud infrastructure environments, specifically Azure or AWS.
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Korean is essential for effective communication within our diverse team and with stakeholders.
