📋 Description

• As the Infrastructure Commander at Partyhat Inc., you will own, optimize, and fortify the backbone of our digital operations, managing bare-metal virtualization layers, building highly available storage meshes, automating deployments, and safeguarding corporate parameters from internal workstations to high-performance web routing.
• Day to day, you will architect and maintain bare-metal hypervisors and Ceph storage, deploy and harden Linux environments using Puppet and scripting, monitor infrastructure health via Nagios/Zabbix, respond to outages and incidents with precision, configure firewalls and network segmentation with pfSense, and manage IT logistics including user access policies and tooling procurement.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record managing distributed infrastructure, network nodes, and bare-metal server architectures under real-world pressure
• Experience or familiarity with ISMS audits and vulnerability tracking, maintaining documented, clean, and airtight systems
• Ability to be available 7 days a week as primary infrastructure responder for immediate outage and incident resolution
• Complete self-motivation and high organization to execute hardware/software purchasing and patching without losing track of assets or licenses
• Deep hands-on expertise in Linux Ubuntu (advanced configuration, kernel tuning, hardening)
• Proven experience with Proxmox VE & Ceph (HA clustering, storage pools, block devices, node management)
