- • Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure systems using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform to support high-availability cloud platforms.
- • Automate deployment pipelines and operational workflows using CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI and Jenkins to ensure rapid, reliable software delivery.
- • Monitor system performance and reliability using Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks and failures.
- • Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements, enforce infrastructure-as-code best practices, and ensure compliance with security standards.
- • Manage and optimize cloud resources across AWS and OpenStack environments, balancing cost efficiency with performance and redundancy needs.
- • Respond to production incidents with on-call rotations, conducting root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures to reduce recurrence.
- • Document system architectures, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides to ensure knowledge sharing and team continuity.
- • Participate in code reviews for infrastructure-related changes and contribute to the evolution of internal tooling and automation scripts.
- • Ensure systems adhere to industry-standard security practices, including network segmentation, access control, and regular vulnerability assessments.
- • Work closely with DevOps and SRE teams to improve system resilience, scalability, and observability across multi-region deployments.
- • Evaluate and integrate new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure capabilities while maintaining stability and operational simplicity.
- • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers on infrastructure design, automation, and operational excellence.
- • Maintain accurate inventory and configuration management of all infrastructure components using tools like Ansible and SaltStack.
- • Participate in capacity planning exercises to forecast resource needs and align infrastructure growth with business objectives.
- • Ensure all systems meet SLA and SLO targets through continuous monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration in production environments
- • Strong proficiency in infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, OpenStack) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
- • Solid understanding of Linux systems, networking, and security best practices
- • Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or Jenkins
- • Ability to participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents
