- • The Systems Analyst II role at LifeWorks Corporation (TELUS Health) is critical to ensuring the smooth and accurate administration of pension plans through reliable software support, directly impacting the financial well-being of employees and retirees by maintaining system integrity and resolving issues efficiently.
- • This 100% remote position based in Chicago, Illinois, supports TELUS Health’s mission to improve health outcomes through innovative technology, placing the analyst at the forefront of delivering secure, high-quality pension administration services to a diverse client base.
- • Provide direct support for general and functional questions to end users regarding the efficient administration of pension plans using TELUS Health’s specialized software, ensuring timely and accurate responses that uphold service quality and user confidence.
- • Contribute to root cause analysis for software or process change requests by identifying underlying issues, collaborating with technical teams, and recommending solutions that prevent recurrence and improve system stability.
- • Perform regular follow-ups with various support teams involved in root cause analysis and functional support to monitor progress, ensure accountability, and guarantee adherence to established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- • Document detailed requirements and expected outcomes for investigation teams, creating clear, actionable tickets that facilitate efficient troubleshooting and cross-team coordination.
- • Conduct unit testing and validate regression testing results for software updates, ensuring new releases do not introduce defects and that all functionalities perform as intended before deployment.
- • Utilize appropriate ticketing and tracking tools to assign, prioritize, and monitor support requests across teams, maintaining visibility and enabling proactive management of workload and deadlines.
- • Manage assigned tasks from initiation to completion with strong organizational skills, ensuring timely resolution and consistent delivery of high-level service that meets or exceeds client expectations.

🎯 Requirements
- • University degree in computer science, mathematics, or a related discipline
- • Minimum of 2 years of experience providing support in a pension administration environment
