- • Leads digital systems onboarding and provides ongoing enablement to help new and existing employees successfully adopt and use core workplace technologies. Provides internal customer‑success‑style support to ensure sustained system adoption, user confidence, and long-term impact on systems, policies, and programs.
- • Conducts structured feedback collection and delivers training sessions, workshops, resource materials, digital tutorials, and actionable documentation.
- • May assume project coordination and coordinates post-launch reinforcement activities.
- • Works within a mission-driven organization dedicated to benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation—by expanding pathways to economic and social mobility across California.
- • Joins a team that values innovation, creativity, collaboration, and entrepreneurship, with opportunities for professional development and shared leadership to ensure growth for employees and the organization.

🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of relevant work experience preferred.
- • Relevant degree in a related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience, including roles in enablement, digital adoption, training, customer success, or systems support.
- • Certification in Project Management is a plus.
