Systems Support Analyst

📋 Description

• • As a Systems Support Analyst at CareAccess Inc., you will serve as the first point of contact for internal end users, providing timely and empathetic technical support to frontline teams enabling access to clinical research and health services in underserved communities.
• • Day to day, you will handle user inquiries via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot application and system issues; distinguish between user error, workflow gaps, and technical defects; document and escalate complex problems; track resolutions; stay current on product updates; and act as an owner/administrator for assigned systems.
