- • Manage master data including creation, updates, deletions, and ongoing data integrity across system platforms
- • Oversee dealer onboarding processes to ensure accurate system setup and alignment with operational standards
- • Review and validate system configurations for new and existing users, making necessary adjustments and corrections
- • Perform quality assurance on imported data to ensure consistency and accuracy across all systems
- • Assist in developing and delivering reports, dashboards, and data analysis to support business decision-making
- • Support the data warehouse by identifying, revising, and aligning reporting requirements with stakeholder needs
- • Evaluate, test, and implement new or upgraded software systems, contributing to strategic decisions on system enhancements
- • Communicate directly with carriers to provide accurate data, resolve discrepancies, and support operational requirements
- • Collaborate with external agencies to deliver rate development support using current product data, structures, and custom reporting
- • Recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and data accuracy
- • Handle confidential data in full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
- • Engage in continuous personal and professional development to stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices
- • Provide systems support across all areas of the profit center’s client interactions
- • Perform operational analysis to identify opportunities for improving systems and overall operational performance
- • Ensure alignment of system configurations with company-wide operational and compliance standards
- • Maintain accurate and timely data flow between internal teams, carriers, and external agencies
- • Support cross-functional initiatives through data validation, system testing, and stakeholder collaboration
- • Contribute to system enhancement projects by documenting requirements, testing functionality, and providing user feedback
