• In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies tailored to the specific needs of clients in the HVAC and plumbing industries. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of SEO activities, from foundational keyword research to advanced performance analysis and strategic content optimization. You will be tasked with identifying the most relevant search terms that potential customers use when looking for HVAC and plumbing services, ensuring our clients' websites are discoverable by their target audience.
• A significant part of your contribution will involve optimizing various forms of website content. This includes meticulously refining blog posts to rank higher in search results, enhancing landing pages for better conversion rates, and ensuring service and product pages are fully optimized for both search engines and user experience. Your work will directly impact how effectively clients attract and engage with prospective customers online.
• Continuous monitoring and analysis of website performance are critical. You will utilize industry-standard tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to track key metrics, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement. This is a full-time, remote position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, with scheduled working days from Monday to Friday, typically between 8 AM and 5 PM PST. 🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), with a strong understanding of current best practices and algorithm updates.
• Familiarity with essential SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
• Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail, enabling effective data interpretation and strategy development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate complex SEO concepts clearly.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision, while also being a collaborative team player.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) is a plus.
