- • As a TA Partner (GTM) at CloudZero, you will serve as a strategic recruiting partner responsible for owning full-cycle recruitment for Go-to-Market (GTM) functions including Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and G&A, directly influencing how the commercial team scales during a critical growth phase.
- • You will partner with GTM leadership to define role requirements, build talent pipelines, and shape hiring practices that reflect CloudZero’s high-trust, fast-moving culture while ensuring every hire meets a high bar for quality and cultural alignment.
- • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include sourcing and engaging both active and passive candidates for roles such as Account Executives, SDRs, Account Managers, and Marketing professionals through targeted outreach, networking, and leveraging modern recruiting platforms.
- • You will conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, facilitate stakeholder alignment, manage offer negotiations, and close candidates independently, ensuring a seamless and professional experience from first touch to signed offer.
- • You will act as a market expert on GTM talent in Boston and beyond, advising hiring managers on compensation benchmarks, talent availability, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic hiring decisions.
- • You will continuously improve recruiting processes by designing and refining scorecards, interview frameworks, sourcing strategies, and workflows to increase speed, consistency, and quality across the hiring lifecycle.
- • You will track and communicate pipeline health, priorities, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders using data-driven insights to enable efficient, well-informed hiring decisions.
- • You will deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage, reflecting CloudZero’s commitment to professionalism, respect, and transparency, particularly for candidates engaging with the Boston HQ office.
- • You will leverage AI tools and modern recruiting technologies to enhance sourcing velocity, improve candidate matching, and increase overall recruiting efficiency.
- • You will contribute to long-term talent strategy by helping build employer brand initiatives, recruiting playbooks, and scalable hiring systems that support CloudZero’s next stage of growth.
- • You will work closely with GTM leaders who value your input and trust your judgment, giving you real influence over how the commercial team is structured and strengthened.
- • You will operate in a high-trust environment where initiative is rewarded, and you are expected to proactively identify needs, solve problems, and drive improvements without waiting for direction.
🎯 Requirements
- • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven focus on GTM roles (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing) in fast-paced, high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- • Demonstrated ability to independently manage the entire recruitment lifecycle — from initial outreach and sourcing to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and candidate closure.
- • Strong track record of partnering effectively with GTM leaders and hiring managers to define role scopes, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and successfully close top-tier talent.
- • Deep familiarity with the Boston GTM talent market, including knowledge of where to source candidates, how to engage them effectively, and what it takes to compete for top talent in this region.
- • Experience building and improving recruiting processes, including scorecards, interview frameworks, sourcing strategies, and tool adoption to enhance hiring quality and consistency.
- • Solid understanding and passion for leveraging AI tools and modern recruiting platforms to increase sourcing efficiency, improve candidate quality, and streamline workflows.
- • Excellent communication and proactive stakeholder management skills, with a habit of keeping hiring managers informed and aligned without being prompted.
