• • As a Talent Acquisition Analyst at Cabify, you will play a key role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the company’s mission of transforming urban mobility through sustainable and efficient transportation solutions.
• • Your day-to-day responsibilities will include proactively sourcing and identifying candidates through various channels, managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, collaborating closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies, continuously improving recruitment processes by introducing new tools and techniques, promoting the employer brand through university events and talks, leveraging recruitment data and analytics to track key metrics and inform decisions, and leading specific talent acquisition projects such as diversity hiring initiatives or campus recruitment programs.
• • You will join the People team at Cabify, a purpose-driven organization committed to reducing private vehicle use in cities, promoting sustainable mobility, and creating value for people, society, and the environment. The People team supports employees throughout their lifecycle at Cabify by ensuring they have the talent, skills, and motivation needed to achieve business goals, managing labor relations, compensation, well-being, and fostering a consistent employee experience aligned with Cabify’s culture, while acting as a strategic partner to the business through data-informed decisions and professional development support.
• • In this role, you will develop expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes, data-driven talent acquisition, employer branding, stakeholder management, and project leadership within a fast-paced, innovative tech environment. You will gain hands-on experience with ATS platforms and recruitment tools, enhance your analytical and influencing skills, and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape Cabify’s workforce and culture while advancing your professional growth in HR and talent acquisition.
