- • As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at Stand Together, you will serve as a strategic, full lifecycle recruiter responsible for delivering exceptional hiring outcomes across a portfolio of issue advocacy, public policy, and civic engagement organizations within the Stand Together Community.
- • You will function as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders—driving qualified applicant volume, unlocking creative talent alternatives, and delivering a high touch, candidate centric hiring experience.
- • Your recruiting portfolio will primarily support organizations such as Americans for Prosperity, yes. every kid., and other Principle Based Management (PBM) organizations advancing impact through advocacy, policy, and civic engagement.
- • This role can be performed remotely or from our Arlington, Virginia headquarters.
🎯 Requirements
- • Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter with expertise in outbound sourcing and consultative partnership.
- • Ability to drive qualified applicant volume and deliver a high-touch, candidate-centric hiring experience.
- • Experience hiring for complex, mission-critical roles in issue advocacy, public policy, or civic engagement sectors.
- • Strong partnership skills to act as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders.
- • Familiarity with Principle Based Management (PBM) organizations or similar mission-driven environments.
