📋 Description
- • As a Talent Acquisition Manager at Verto Inc., you will play a pivotal role in scaling the company’s talent acquisition function to support rapid growth in the global fintech space, directly contributing to Verto’s mission of democratizing global finance for businesses in emerging markets.
- • You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and candidate-centric hiring process that attracts top-tier talent across diverse functions and geographies.
- • Day-to-day responsibilities include leading full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles, partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles, and developing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, regional job boards, and specialized networks.
- • You will leverage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage workflows, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth experience for candidates and stakeholders while reducing time-to-hire by identifying and eliminating process bottlenecks.
- • Proactively building and nurturing talent pipelines to meet current and future hiring needs, you will also train hiring managers on best-practice interview techniques and assessment methods to elevate hiring quality.
- • Tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics will be central to your role, enabling data-driven improvements to sourcing, screening, and selection strategies.
- • Designing and delivering a best-in-class candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding will be a key priority, reinforcing Verto’s employer brand.
- • You will collaborate closely with the People team and leadership to align talent acquisition with business objectives, supporting Verto’s ambitious growth plans backed by Y-Combinator, Quona, and MEVP.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience in talent acquisition with a proven track record of hiring successfully in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- • Strategic mindset with high agility in execution, understanding how talent acquisition drives business success and growth objectives.
- • Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical skills to identify operational pain points, track relevant recruitment metrics, and use data to optimize hiring processes.
- • Proven ability to manage multiple open roles concurrently, meet demanding deadlines, and consistently deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- • Hands-on, in-depth experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and utilizing modern recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates.
- • A highly results-oriented mindset committed to directly contributing to Verto’s ambitious growth plans.
- • A university degree or equivalent professional experience.
