  • • As our company continues its rapid expansion, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin. This pivotal role is responsible for building and scaling our most valuable asset: our people. You will be instrumental in attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier talent across both technical and non-technical domains, directly contributing to Synthflow AI's continued growth and success.   • • Your primary responsibility will be to own the full-cycle recruitment process. This encompasses everything from the initial job requisition kick-off and strategic sourcing to conducting thorough interviews, extending competitive offers, and successfully closing candidates. You will be expected to proactively identify and build robust pipelines of high-caliber talent, leveraging advanced tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, engaging with specialized online communities, and participating in networking events. The emphasis is on a proactive approach – going out to find the best talent rather than passively waiting for applications.
  • • A key aspect of this role involves acting as a strategic partner and advisor to our hiring managers and founders. You will collaborate closely with them to define precise job scopes, align on the profiles of ideal candidates, and provide expert coaching on best practices for conducting unbiased and effective interviews. Your guidance will be crucial in ensuring we make informed, quality hiring decisions.
  • • Furthermore, you will be the custodian of an exceptional candidate experience. You will ensure that every candidate's journey with Synthflow AI is fast, transparent, and highly engaging, regardless of the outcome. As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will embody the Synthflow AI brand, ensuring a positive and memorable experience that reflects our company values and commitment to excellence. This dedication to candidate experience is paramount in attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive market.
  • • Finally, you will meticulously manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Ashby, ensuring impeccable data hygiene. You will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, pass-through rates, and overall pipeline health. This data-driven approach will be essential for optimizing our hiring efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and demonstrating the impact of talent acquisition on the company's strategic objectives. Your ability to leverage data and automation will be key to enhancing our primary performance measures in talent acquisition, ensuring we are always operating at peak efficiency and effectiveness.
