This is a critical, high-impact role designed to accelerate our growth trajectory and ensure we meet our ambitious 2026 revenue targets. We are in a significant growth phase, requiring us to double our team size immediately. As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be instrumental in clearing our hiring backlog across all departments, acting as a vital extension of our core team for the next three months.

- • Your primary responsibility will be the full-cycle execution of recruitment processes. This involves managing a high-volume requisition load across both technical (Tech) and go-to-market (GTM) functions. You will guide candidates seamlessly from their initial contact through to the final signed offer, ensuring a positive and efficient experience at every stage. A key aspect of your role will be relentless sourcing of passive talent. You will need to master advanced search techniques to uncover the 'hidden gems' – candidates who may not be actively looking but are the perfect fit for Vibe's culture and needs.
- • You will also be responsible for facilitating seamless interview loops. This means coordinating schedules, ensuring hiring managers have the necessary candidate information, and maintaining momentum to keep the process moving decisively. Your ability to keep hiring managers focused and decisive will be crucial for timely decision-making and offer extensions. Furthermore, you will be tasked with maintaining a clean and data-driven Applicant Tracking System (ATS). This ensures real-time visibility into pipeline health, allowing for informed strategic adjustments and reporting.

🎯 Requirements
- • Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced agency or high-growth startup environment.
- • Demonstrated track record of successfully closing at least 3-5 high-quality hires per month, particularly in technical or sales roles.
- • Mastery of modern sourcing tools beyond LinkedIn Recruiter, including but not limited to GitHub, Apollo, and specialized Slack communities.
- • Prior experience working on a freelance or RPO basis, where rapid onboarding and immediate delivery were essential requirements.
- • Fluency in English and French (for the Paris-based role).
